Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the basic conditions under which our security audit services are provided.
By requesting or using our services, you agree that any security assessment will be performed only within an explicitly agreed and authorised scope.
1. Our Services
We provide security review and audit services intended to identify potential security weaknesses, misconfigurations and areas where security practices may be improved.
2. Authorisation
You must own, control or have appropriate authority to request an assessment of any system, account, network, device or configuration included in the audit.
3. Agreed Scope
The scope of each security audit will be agreed before assessment begins. Testing or review will be limited to the systems, accounts, devices and configurations included within that authorised scope.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining any necessary permissions and informing us about relevant limitations or requirements before an audit begins.
5. Security Findings
Audit findings represent issues identified during the assessment based on the agreed scope and information available at that time. Security environments may change, and no assessment can guarantee that every possible vulnerability or future security issue will be identified.
6. Recommendations & Remediation
We may provide recommendations or assistance for improving identified security issues. Changes to systems or settings should be implemented carefully and, where appropriate, backed up before modification.
7. Confidentiality
Information obtained as part of an audit will be handled with reasonable care and used for purposes related to the agreed security assessment and service.
8. Fees & Payment
Pricing, payment terms and the specific services included in an engagement may be agreed with the client before work begins.
9. No Absolute Security Guarantee
Security audits can help identify and reduce risks but cannot guarantee complete security or protection from every cyberattack, compromise, data loss or future threat.
10. Responsible Use
Our services must not be requested or used to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks, devices or information belonging to another party.
11. Changes To These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as our services or operational requirements change. The latest version will be made available on this website.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through our Contact page.
These Terms & Conditions are a general website template, not legal advice. Before accepting paying clients, they should be reviewed and adapted for your actual business, jurisdiction, liability arrangements and audit process.
