We assess only systems, accounts, networks, devices and configurations that the client owns, controls or has appropriate authority to have assessed.
4. Defined Audit Scope
Findings are limited by the scope agreed before the audit. Systems or areas outside that scope should not be considered reviewed merely because an audit was performed.
5. Recommendations
Recommendations are intended to help improve security. Their suitability may depend on the client's environment, operational requirements and other technical factors.
6. Changes To Systems
Configuration changes may have operational consequences. Appropriate backups and recovery options should be maintained before significant changes are made.
7. Third-Party Services
We do not control the availability, security or behaviour of third-party platforms, software, cloud services, internet providers or hardware manufacturers.
8. Client Responsibility
The client remains responsible for deciding which recommendations to implement and for the ongoing security, administration and operation of their systems.
9. No Unauthorised Testing
Our services are not intended for unauthorised access, surveillance or testing of systems belonging to another person or organisation without appropriate permission.
